Profiles are factual records, not endorsements. We verify minimum identity and service fields against approved public sources, show the last verification date, and avoid scores that imply unsupported quality comparisons.
Inclusion
A profile is included when minimum identity and source requirements are met. Inclusion does not mean endorsement, and default results are not a quality ranking.
Verification
Before a real hospital or doctor profile is published, we verify identity, official source, and core service or credential fields against approved public sources, and record the source-checked date. We keep “unknown / not verified” distinct from “no”.
No pay-to-rank
Sponsored placements, if introduced later, are clearly labelled and kept separate from organic sorting and factual filters. We do not sell organic ranking positions.
