Editorial policy
Last updated July 18, 2026
We publish original, patient-focused content built from identified sources. Medical claims require clinical review. Editors separate evidence, practical context, and opinion, and we correct material errors transparently.
Sourcing
We prefer current clinical guidelines, government health agencies, professional medical societies, systematic reviews, and high-quality peer-reviewed research. We write original summaries, cite sources, and respect copyright, licenses, and website terms.
Review
A qualified reviewer checks clinical accuracy, balance, safety language, regional limitations, and source quality before medical content is published. Every medical page shows its author, reviewer, last review date, next review date, and sources.
Corrections
Every page links to a corrections route. We investigate reported errors, prioritise issues that could affect health or care access, and record material corrections with a visible note.
