Privacy

Last updated July 18, 2026

This release does not require accounts and does not intentionally collect health histories. Search runs locally in the browser through a static index, and health-related search terms are not sent to third-party analytics by default.

What we do not do

  • No user accounts, symptom questionnaires, or free-text “tell us about your condition” forms.
  • No patient file uploads or collection of insurance or medical-record identifiers.
  • No storage of search terms and no third-party analytics receiving health-related query strings.
  • No behavioural advertising, retargeting pixels, or health-interest audiences.
  • No location access unless you explicitly request a nearby-search feature in a later release.

Contact and corrections

If you contact us, we ask only for the information needed to respond, and we ask you not to include private medical information. See the corrections page for how reports are handled.

Health information can receive special legal protection in many places. Before any future change that involves intake, accounts, personalisation, or analytics, we obtain legal and security review.
