Accessibility

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across the site’s templates and core workflows.

How we test

We combine automated testing with manual keyboard, zoom, screen-reader, and readability checks. Automated testing is necessary but not sufficient, so passing automated checks is not a claim of full conformance.

What we aim for

  • Keyboard access to all functionality, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Semantic structure, one main landmark, and a logical heading order.
  • Sufficient colour contrast and no reliance on colour alone.
  • Content that works at 200% zoom and with increased text spacing.
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences.

Report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us through the contact route so we can fix it. Describe the page and the problem; do not include private health information.
